The pivot distance needs to be set in the machine configuration and is unique to each machine.
In addition to this, every tool needs to have it's Overall Length parameter set in the Fusion 360 Tool library, this value needs to match the Tool Length Offset value as measured at the machine. This is a requirement due to the rotary axis being a non-TCP configuration.
