What information is accessed when I 'Allow' Massif to access my Autodesk Data?
When you click 'Allow' when you sign in to the Massif Platform, we collect the following information from Autodesk:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Autodesk Forge ID
Autodesk Username
Autodesk Profile Icon Link
Language
Country Code

What is the Massif Desktop App for?
The Massif Desktop App is used to deliver products to your application and make them work.
The licensing of the post processors, apps and add-ins is through the Massif Desktop App.
Does the Massif Desktop App automatically start?
When your computer starts, the Massif Desktop App service starts.
You can find it in your System Tray.
Which Operating Systems are supported?
We support Windows 7, Windows 10 and MAC OS.
Do I need any special firewall settings?
Yes, please refer to our System Requirements page.
Do anti-virus programs break the workings of the Massif Desktop App?
If you have ESET, very likely.... burn it and run.
What happens when I have no internet connection?
The license goes into a grace period as indicated in the Massif Desktop App.

How do I launch Massif Desktop App on macOS?
1. After installing the Massif Desktop App, when attempting to launch it, you will see the app is blocked by Gatekeeper.
2. Navigate to System Preferences from the Apple Menu and Click on the Security & Privacy preference pane.
3. In the Security & Privacy pane, click on the Lock icon on the bottom-left.
4. Enter your username and password and click Unlock.
5. Click on Open Anyway.
6. When prompted, click Open, to run the Massif Desktop App.

How do I cancel a purchase?
Contact us including the email you used to complete the purchase.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes if you pay us some money.
Can I purchase a product for a company I’m not employed by?
Yes.
My Credit Card has changed, how do I update my details with you?
We will be adding something to your account management page to do this soon.
In the meantime, you will get to change your Credit Card details on your next transaction.
What payments methods do you offer?
VISA / Mastercard.
What currency can I pay in?
All prices are currently in USD. When you make payment, your credit card company will charge you in USD and apply an exchange rate to your local currency.
Who keeps my credit card details?
We use Stripe for all financial transactions. https://stripe.com.
No credit card details are stored in Massif Systems databases.
Can I rate my purchased product?
Not yet, but we will be implementing this feature in the future.
Can I get a refund?
In most circumstances, no. We provide the ability to trial all our products,
allowing you to make sure you are completely happy with the product before you purchase.
Contracts
What happens at the end of my contract?
We will charge your credit card. If this fails (most common reason is that you are issued a new card),
you will be prompted to enter new Credit Card details. Your license will go into a grace period and then stop unless paid.
Can I renew an expired contract?
Once a contract is past the grace period it cannot be renewed.

How long is the Grace Period?
Each vendor sets their own grace period but it is typically 7 days.

How many people can use the product per purchase?
Only one person, but you can use it on one device at home and one device at work.
How do I assign my product to other people so they can use it?
On your account page, you can assign users to your products, up to the number of seats you have purchased.
