Okuma Multus U-Series

Custom mill-turn post for Okuma Multus U-Series. This post might still require machine-specific customization for production use! Need Milling tools to be created on the machine with orientations 1&5 and in case of sub-spindle additionally 7&11. Angle for turning tools can be taken from the tool definition automatically or overruled with the "Turning Angles from Tool vendor box" post property. Tested on Okuma Multus U3000 2SW and U3000. MANUAL NC COMMANDS The following ACTION commands are supported by this post.(Case insensitive) useXZCMode - Force XZC mode for next operation usePolarMode - Force Polar mode for next operation HSSC-ON - Turn on HSSC for following turning operation. HSSC-OFF - Turn off HSSC for next turning operation. LOWGEAR - Set the turning spindle to low gear for all next operations. HIGHGEAR - Set the turning spindle to high gear for all next operations. LOAD-MONITOR-Z-ON - Turns on the Load monitoring on the Z-axis for all next operations. LOAD-MONITOR-Z-OFF - Disables previous command. LOAD-MONITOR-MILLING-ON - Turns on the Load monitoring on the milling spindel for all next operations. LOAD-MONITOR-MILLING-OFF - Disables previous command.
